Salary Position
Position summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance to customers and accurately process orders for input into the ERP software.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
· Confer with customers by phone or email to answer questions and provide assistance.
· Compare quotes from Inside Sales with Purchase Orders to guarantee accuracy.
· Ensure blueprints are uploaded to Global Shop for each Purchase Order.
· Accept and process repeat orders to materialization.
· Read and respond to emails in a timely manor.
· Maintain a clean and orderly work space.
· Organize and file paperwork.
· Assist Estimators upon request.
· Perform additional duties as needed.

· Incumbent will work primarily in an office setting and will be required to use a computer with keyboard, telephone or handheld mobile device, and office machinery as needed.
· Incumbent will sit for extended periods of time.
· Incumbent must be able to read, see, hear, and speak.
· The work location includes an office setting, along with work in a fabrication shop and warehouse setting which will expose the incumbent to dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and loud noises.
· Incumbent may be required to wear safety equipment as needed.
Work days and shifts:
This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasionally, time beyond the stand 40 hours maybe required.
Education/Certification(s)/License(s) required:
High School Diploma or GED; and/or equivalent work experience.
Experience/Other required:
· Three (3) or more years of customer service experience.
· Basic math skills.
· Ability to interpret blueprints.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to use and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
· Ability to read, write, and understand instructions.
· Ability to follow and communicate instructions.
· Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
· Work in a cubical setting

Compensation:
Wage based on experience for all positions
