Service Team Coordinator – Remote (Work From Home)
Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking 20 motivated and compassionate Service Team Coordinators to join our growing team. This is a 90-day project with the potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
As a Service Team Coordinator, you will be the voice of our organization, providing exceptional service to our patients through outbound customer service calls. You will assist with scheduling doctor appointments, reminding patients to pick up prescriptions, handling general inquiries, and supporting other patient-related needs — all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls (target ~30 per hour) to patients for appointment scheduling, prescription reminders, and other service needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
- Accurately document call details using the InContact CRM system and other internal platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams across multiple departments to resolve patient inquiries efficiently.
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and compliance standards.
- Attend virtual training starting September 15, 2025, to ensure success in the role.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking ForRequired Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English (Spanish bilingual proficiency is a major plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, structured call center environment.
- High attention to detail with excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Comfort using technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Typing and data entry skills with accuracy and speed.
- Passion for serving others, especially seniors, with empathy and professionalism.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace.
