Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls in a call center environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist in sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Provide feedback on common customer concerns to help improve processes and services.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a call center or office setting.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and office software applications.
- Proven ability to analyze information and communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in sales or client services is a plus but not mandatory.
