- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Process cash handling transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide the best support possible.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to analyze problems effectively and communicate solutions clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer accounts.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures is desirable.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in related fields is an advantage.
