Delivery – Deliver clean uniforms, mats, and facility service products, return soiled products to the plant on time, and manage customer needs weekly.
- Manage customer par levels to avoid overstocking flat goods.
- Manage the customer’s uniform program to ensure quality garments, avoid unnecessary ordering, and ensure customer satisfaction with their appearance and safety.
- Problem Solving—Communicate all problem situations to the customer with a plan on how to eliminate the problem. When necessary, request aid and assistance from Service Management.
- Build Rapport—Develop a good relationship with each customer by providing for their needs and following through on requests and suggestions.
- Direct Sales Products—Sell additional rental services and direct sell products to existing customers based on their needs and Porter’s assigned goals.
- Look for and report selling opportunities to both management, the Direct Sales Dept., and the New Account Sales Dept.

- Be able to climb in and out of a delivery truck while carrying product.
