A leading provider for the sales, service and maintenance sectors of the automotive industry is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our comprehensive menu of fully insured new and pre-owned vehicle protection products. The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver a positive customer experience reflecting the values of the company by working to resolve concerns quickly and satisfactorily. Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls promptly, identifying customer’s needs and concerns while clarifying the information provided.
- Understand the products, services, and contract details to accurately access and resolve concerns.
- Research, troubleshoot and provide solutions and alternatives.
- Identify and escalate calls to the next level for additional assistance as necessary.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Qualifications:
- Customer service, sales, or other related fields experience
- Friendly and energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to work under pressure while always maintaining professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Comfortable following procedures, while using independent thinking and good judgement to improve customer satisfaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
