Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative provides support to the Service Sales Team by calling on past, current, and/or potential Customers to provide touch points with Customers to follow up on completed jobs and to educate/inform Customers regarding services for the division and RESA as a whole.
Job Responsibilities
- As directed by Management/Sales Team, contact current, past and potential Customers via phone, email and/or other approved methods. Using RESA talking points, follow up to ensure services are complete and/or call on past or potential Customers regarding new jobs/business for sales to quote.
- Plan and review approaches with Sales Team and Manager.
- Create positive relationships and build rapport with Customers, potential customers, and other internal and external individuals/departments interact with.
- Daily, track individuals contacted, notes from conversations, and follow up notes. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Forward sales leads to the proper Salesperson for Service.
- As directed, works with Marketing on materials to showcase Service group and/or highlight services for particular Customer and/or region.
- Complete administrative duties as assigned for Ops and/or Sales group.
- All work and decisions shall be conducted in strict compliance of all regulatory law.
- Observe all safety rules and Best Practices; Follow all company policies and procedures.

- Other duties as assigned by manager.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED and minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Call Center or Sales environment preferred
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with customers and peers. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Dependable and responsible with good judgment and organizational skills; able to multi-task with shifting priorities
- Good customer service, time management and follow-up skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Able to work with various people throughout the organization-Customer Focused.
- Focus on accuracy and efficiencies.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry; CRM experience a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and excellent telephone personality skills.
- For positions that utilize a company vehicle, will be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Additional Information:
Job: Full-Time
Location: Los Angeles. CA
Travel: Up to 30% travel.
Compensation: Pay range $24 to $28 (depending on skillset and experience) per hour and eligible for overtime.
Relocation: Relocation assistance not available.
