Duties

- Create and conduct presentations to customers and potential clients.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and service-related questions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not mandatory as there is in house training for the position.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presentation.
- Adaptable, quick learner who is solution oriented.
