We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who shares that same commitment to service and connection. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, supporting them with inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is positive and seamless. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams, helping to drive satisfaction and strengthen the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.

Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment. Verify tariff charges and confirm accuracy with customers.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints. Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services. Provide customers with detailed product information and recommendations. Attend product training sessions (available at 9am or 4pm) and complete follow-up quizzes.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience. Participate in team huddles (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly).

Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed performance goals, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
