- Manage and respond to text messages and email communications.
- Return missed calls and follow up on messages to ensure excellent customer service.
- Provide information about marina services, availability, and policies.

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
