Pasolivo, an award-winning olive oil producer in Paso Robles is looking to hire a multi-task oriented, high-energy individual as a full-time Customer Service Representative.
Duties:
- Promptly and professionally respond to customers via phone, email, or via mail and, to include up-selling when proper.
- With both customer-facing and administrative duties, the ideal candidate is skilled in customer service, time management and prioritization.
- Correct and prompt data entry of sales orders, new club member signups, changes, and updates.
- Help with Oil tastings, production, and club retention and marketing projects when needed.
- Help with local marketing and relationship building as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Deliver excellent customer service, always!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (via telephone, e-mail and face-to-face) are a necessity.
- Sales Experience
- Able to coordinate and manage multiple projects.
- Self-aware, able to work independently, and as a team contributor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in the olive oil industry not needed, we are happy to train you!
