Responsibilities are as followed but not limited to:
- Microsoft Word, Excel
- Bilingual English/Spanish a must
- Answer busy phone and assist callers as needed
- Ability to professionally communicate with clients
- Track drivers throughout the day while sending daily reports
- Assist drivers as needed and ensure all deliveries are completed while monitoring their time windows and scanning requirements are being met
- Assist Operations as needed
- Filing, scanning, uploading and maintaining organization of terminal records
- Monitor and reply to emails in a timely, professional manner
- Able to work overtime if needed
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Logistics Experience is a huge plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
