Catty Corporation is a long established (over 100 years in business), successful, privately held company located in northern Illinois near the Wisconsin border. We manufacture and print packaging materials for businesses. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with the ability to efficiently be the liaison between Clients and Manufacturing by providing excellent customer service and communications while building customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Current Jobs/Customers
· Process incoming customer orders
· Manage production requirements necessary to support releases under blanket orders
· Effectively support customer expectations through various communication channels
· Work with various departments to ensure compliance with production schedules, quality standards and deliver dates
· Track on-time deliveries and manage customer expectations
· Create export paper work
· Review/Approve Customer invoices
New Jobs
· Gather customer specifications from customer and R&D team
· Initiate creation of Art Sheets and work with Pre-Press Manager to finalize all information
· Manage all customer communications and approvals: proofs, color sign offs, lead times
Sales Support
· General sales support
· Assist in answering incoming calls to Catty
· Work with customers to ensure forecasts are accurate
· Maintain customer account database
· Create/Maintain Customer Item file numbers, file folders and project sheets
· Manage quote requests in shared data base
· Process Customer Complaints and assist with resolutions
· Assist with Special Projects as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
