The Pet Dentist at Tampa Bay is seeking a full-time customer service representative for our dental specialty practice located in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional customer service
- Multi-tasking skills in a fast paced environment
- Good organizational skills
- Veterinary hospital experience (required)
- Knowledge of Avimark is helpful but not required
Customer Service Representative duties include:
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
- Checking in and discharging clients
- Confirming appointments
- Retrieving records from referring veterinarians
- Sending records to referring veterinarians
