Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Storage Solution, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. This role is vital in fostering customer relationships and ensuring a positive experience at our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone and in-person interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries about storage options, pricing, and availability.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and manage reservations.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with potential customers and promote services.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain the property cleanliness for rent ready units.
- Detail oriented and able to follow up with customers needs.
- Local and Community marketing and Social Media postings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in client services or customer support roles.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Basic sales skills with the ability to promote services effectively.
- Familiarity with office procedures and call center operations is a plus.
- Experience with cash handling and financial transactions is beneficial.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Marketing skills a plus.
