We are a pet pharmacy seeking a Customer Service Representative for our shipping department. You will be responsible for packing and shipping all orders and dropping them off at USPS, while also answering phones and placing orders for customers throughout the day. Once established, you will also be required to become a licensed pharmacy technician (background check and fingerprinting required).
Responsibilities:
- Pack and ship all orders using Shipstation software
- Answer phone calls (includes answering customer questions about products, placing orders, and adjusting orders as needed)
- Make boxes and treat packets
- Stock supplies in the shipping area
- Take mail bags to USPS at end of day
- Assist with pharmacy technician duties if needed (once licensed)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Position requires standing/ moving around most of the day and also requires lifting of full mail bags
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well on own and also with others
- Will be required to become a licensed pharmacy technician once hired (background check and fingerprinting required)
- Availability to work Monday thru Friday
- Must have own vehicle/ transportation for taking loads to USPS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
