SUMMARY: Under general supervision, supervises, manages, and coordinates the flow of work, information, and assigned
staff which contribute to efficient operations and require a thorough understanding of all department programs, policies, and
procedures; ensures the public is greeted and provided with appropriate information about all park and recreation programs, rentals, sales, and services available to the community. Maintains sales and attendance records.

- Manages the flow of information in assigned area by ensuring the public is greeted and provided with appropriate
- Trains, schedules, motivates, and evaluates assigned staff; provides and/or coordinates staff training and works with

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation, Physical Education, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in area of expertise which includes administrative and supervisory duties
- OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- CPR/First Aid Certification required within six months of hire date.
- Must possess a valid Wyoming/Idaho Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable driving record.
- Principles and practices of effective leadership, supervision and training.
- Federal, State, and local wage laws and regulations.
- Accounting and fiscal management practices and regulations.
- Principles and procedures of recordkeeping, reporting and retention.
- Principles and practices used in dealing with the public.
- Recreation Center programs and special events including schedules and tournament brackets.
- Modern office procedures, methods, and equipment.
- Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with coworkers and other individuals in contact during the

- Providing quality customer service.
- Managing cash drawers and financial transactions.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
