Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and effective customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software applications, and network connectivity.
- Utilize tools such as ServiceNow and Jira for ticket management and tracking customer interactions.
- Assist customers with understanding and navigating Windows operating systems and other relevant software.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments and computer hardware components.
- Proficiency in managing various operating systems, particularly Windows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
