Job Summary:
Pro PDR needs a motivated, professional Customer Service/ Technical Support Representative to contribute full time in ensuring our customers receive great support. The Customer Service Representative will work in a team based atmosphere to receive incoming customer calls and provide updates via email, social media and telephone.
Responsibilitiesand Duties
· Represent Pro PDR in a positive, professional way through daily communications
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints
· Receive and enter customer orders via our website
· Provide information about products and services
· Document and update customer records based on interactions
· Support team members with assistance
· Contribute to process improvements throughout the company, develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
· Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications andSkills
Previous customer service or related experience
Experience with social media (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
