Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle various customer inquiries will be essential in ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong guest service skills and a background in hospitality or retail.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with valet parking services, including vehicle retrieval and drop-off.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Drive vehicles as needed for customer service tasks, ensuring safe operation of manual transmission vehicles when required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance overall guest experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Experience in valet parking or dealership environments is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities.
- Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities is beneficial for this role.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for vehicle operation duties.
