Position Overview:
As a Customer Success Associate at Tri-Flex, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the Account Manager to support customer relationships, process orders, coordinate proofs and delivery timelines, and handle incoming client requests. You’ll also assist in the quoting process and help ensure jobs move efficiently through production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep everything on track and clients happy.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Account Support
- Support the Account Manager in managing customer relationships
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Respond promptly to client requests, updates, and concerns
Order Entry & Processing
- Accurately enter new orders and reorders into the system
- Manage job changes and update production and account teams accordingly
Proofing & Job Coordination
- Coordinate artwork proofs and approvals with customers
- Work with production to confirm delivery timelines and job readiness
- Track job progress and keep customers and internal teams updated
Quoting & Pricing Support
- Gather details for quote requests and assist Account Manager in preparing accurate pricing
- Follow up on quotes as needed and help transition approved quotes into active jobs
Issue Resolution & Follow-Up
- Proactively identify and resolve production or delivery issues
- Assist with questions related to shipping, billing, or changes to open orders
Qualifications:
Experience & Knowledge
- 2+ years of customer service experience desired but not required (experience in printing or manufacturing is a plus)
- Strong computer skills required. Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe, and production or order management systems is highly valued.
Communication & Organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and shifting priorities
Teamwork & Initiative
- Collaborative and detail-oriented with a proactive approach
- Eager to learn the label printing process and contribute to the team’s success
