Summary
We are seeking a Customer Success to join our team in 43 Discovery Irvine, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our software solutions. Your contributions will help enhance customer satisfaction and drive the success of our clients in managing logistics, warehousing, and trade compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with customers and potential customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage customer onboarding processes and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their success and gather insights.
- Provide training sessions and resources to empower customers in using our software.
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization to drive product improvements.
- Monitor account health metrics and proactively address potential risks.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success roles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Korean conversation or Chinese conversation is preferred
- Knowledge of SaaS products and their application in business environments.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for customer success.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
