Customer Service Representative (4/10s Shift: Wed–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM)

We're seeking a reliable, upbeat Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our hive and help us deliver exceptional service from the first phone call.
Schedule:
- Wednesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Enjoy three days off every week (Sunday–Tuesday)
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming phone calls with warmth, professionalism, and urgency
- Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
- Use ServiceTitan to manage customer information and technician dispatch
- Follow up on open estimates and reschedule missed calls
- Provide accurate information on our services, pricing, and availability
- Communicate with technicians and managers to ensure customers are taken care of promptly
- Assist with outbound calls during downtime to help fill the board and support team goals
What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ year of customer service experience (HVAC, home services, or dispatch preferred)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfort using software tools (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
- A team-first attitude and genuine desire to help others
