Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer software to manage client information effectively.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support client services and enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Call center experience is a plus, showcasing familiarity with high-volume customer interactions.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using various computer applications.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to demonstrate analysis skills when addressing customer concerns or feedback. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.90 - $30.58 per hour
