Join our fast-paced, collaborative team as a Customer Service Delivery Driver for Drops! You’ll work closely with our warehouse and fulfillment crews to prepare and deliver sales orders, ensuring customers get exactly what they need when they need it. This hybrid role keeps you on the move—splitting time between hands-on order prep and on-the-road deliveries, from local routes to occasional longer trips. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as a knowledgeable expert on Drops’ products, educating customers with confidence.
- Monitor and report changes in orders, product lines, and placement.
- Log concise activity notes into the CRM after each store visit.
- Verify orders against invoices, tags, and manifests before and during deliveries.
- Return products, paperwork, and payments promptly after trips.
- Safely store and transport products in compliance with Drops SOPs, OLCC, and ODA guidelines.
- Collaborate with fulfillment and packaging teams to assemble orders and meet customer needs.
- Prioritize deliveries for low-stock products and coordinate with stores.
- Attend and actively participate in meetings, trainings, and team exercises.
- Arrange coverage for deliveries when taking PTO or being unavailable.
- Assist in the warehouse where and when needed, in packaging, fulfillment, etc.
- Other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- OLCC Marijuana Handler's License
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid car insurance
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Preferred Experience: 1+ years’ experience working in customer service. 1+ years' experience working in product fulfillment or sales.
Work Location and Schedule: This is a 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., full-time position, with occasional evenings and weekends. It is a hybrid inside/outside role requiring frequent visits to the Clackamas warehouse for order pickups, fulfillment support, and money drop-offs. Hours may change based on company needs.
