Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Assistance: Offer support to customers via phone, email, and chat regarding technical issues with products or services.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems related to the company’s products, ensuring timely resolution.
- Document Interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate Internally: Work with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Manage Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritizing customer needs and ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers through clear communication and proactive support.
- Provide Solutions: Address customer complaints and inquiries, offering appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to Policies: Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain consistency in service delivery.
