About the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Handle bookings from oversees agents, coordinate the move to destination
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments in CargoWise daily by checking the carrier’s website.
- Creates and maintains customer profiles in CargoWise with detailed customer information.
- Maintains effective communication with internal and external parties.
- Tracking and Documenting shipments
- Follow up on shipments to ensure proper timing
- Negotiate rates for inland trucking
- ISF filing
- Customs Brokerage
- Creates invoices to be processed for billing purposes.
- Addresses internal and external inquiries and directs to the correct department if needed.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday 9:00-5:00 pm PST
Computer Skills
TMS: CargoWise
Microsoft Word, Excel proficiency
Salary
Starting $60,000 annually based on experience level.
