Job Description:
The Data Analyst evaluates program effectiveness and supports Human Performance innovation across the CRAFT enterprise. The Data Analyst leverages data to drive improvements in aircrew performance and readiness through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and generation of actionable insights to support program evaluation and optimization of aircrew human performance. You will coordinate with a variety of stakeholders from Major Commands (MAJCOM), Air Staff, Academia, and other industry partners. This position will develop and maintain data architecture to support data driven decision making and ensure effective communication/collaboration across all project sites and organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze performance data using Power BI and Microsoft tools.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on research and reporting.
- Maintain dashboards and support process improvements.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of data mining or 4+ years as a data analyst/engineer/scientist.
- meet minimum requirements of DoDM 8140.03 Role 422 (Intermediate Level).
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Proficient understanding and working knowledge of computers, email, voicemail, and telephone texts to perform duties.

- U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Human Performance or Behavioral Health fields.
- Familiarity with Air Force culture or aircrew environments.
