The Data Capture Clerk plays a crucial role in the operational efficiency of Mother Home Care by accurately capturing, inputting, and maintaining data within our healthcare management systems. This remote position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality, contributing to the overall quality of care our clients receive.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently collect and enter healthcare-related data into electronic systems.
Ensure data integrity by verifying the accuracy of information and making necessary corrections.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards with sensitive patient information.
Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as needed by management.
Collaborate with team members and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication regarding data-related tasks.
Required Skills and Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or data management is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input and management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare data management.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as HIPAA.
Ability to use healthcare management systems and databases.

Working Conditions
