About The Role
Join our Information Technology department as a Data Clerk in a fully remote, work-from-home capacity. You will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and integrity of data across multiple platforms while aiding the team in maintaining seamless operations.
What You'll Do
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and other systems.
- Perform data checks to ensure accuracy and rectify errors promptly.
- Organize and classify data to comply with company standards and requirements.
- Generate reports and summaries based on collected data.
- Collaborate with team members to assess data needs and deliver relevant updates.
- Ensure data confidentiality and follow best practices for secure handling.
- Provide administrative support as needed to IT personnel and other departments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with data entry or administrative roles is an asset.
- Familiarity with IT tools such as spreadsheets, databases, and other software applications.

The pay range for this role is:
23.11 - 32.40 USD per hour(Remote (Cranston, Rhode Island, US))
