About The Role:
This role is a part of the Industrial Engineering team at Source Logistics and the person in this role will interact with operations teams and field engineers to help analyze data and generate productivity reports. The best candidate would be someone confident in data-entry and the use of Microsoft Excel. Data will come from a few different systems, and training will be provided on how to generate specific reports from each different system. Excellent communications skills, both English and Spanish, are essential because the majority of the hourly associates speak only Spanish, while management speaks both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Validate that correct information is coming from the Labor Management System (training will be provided) and be able to revise as needed to ensure productivity reporting is accurate. Some data entry will be required into both the LMS and Excel.
- Work with engineering team to utilize appropriate LMS reports and ensure data is communicated to site management teams as needed. Data exporting to Excel may be required to generate reporting in the format needed by ops management.
- Ensure Performance Coaching data is being entered into the PC tracker and generate reports as needed.
- Work with engineering team to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with training frontline supervisors and operators on how to use LMS tools for tracking and improving productivity. Act as a local point of contact for LMS troubleshooting and usage guidance (training and support will be provided).
- Maintain storage location for shared engineering information for each site, such as Work Instructions, time study templates, time study data, and other documents.
- Provide data support before, during, and after Continuous Improvement projects to track progress and quantify results.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently to meet deadlines and data delivery expectations. Demonstrate proactive communication with both engineering and operations stakeholders.
- Support operations leadership with resolving questions and/or concerns with the LMS and Performance Coaching database.
Requirements:

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (as required to meet the demands of the position in multiple facilities within an assigned geographic area.
- Strong communications skills in English and Spanish are essential.
- Familiarity with electronic file organization/management/Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- 1+ years of working experience doing data entry, Excel, and/or data management.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- A self-starter with strong problem solving, multi-tasking, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to Use Microsoft office/Google suite programs/applications.
