We are a fashion accessories company seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy of all outgoing shipments, inventory tracking, and e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and verify credit card charges for all transactions
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Conduct meticulous quality checks on products and quantities before invoicing, catching even the tiniest details to prevent errors
- Monitor and update inventory numbers to ensure accuracy
- Manage ecommerce platform tasks, including order processing and updates
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot small inconsistencies or flaw on products.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills
- Experience with invoicing, and Shopify ecommerce platforms preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, organized, and proactive

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
