Quad City Gastroenterology has an immediate need for a full time Data Entry!
Job Summary: Medical data entry should expect to work frequently with a computer. They are responsible for entering data into a health information system as a core function of the job. Other duties may include collecting data from various sources, maintaining electronic records and logs, running reports, filing paperwork, and working with data obtained by other medical staff for patient records and tracking. Data entry positions that are combined with other roles will also entail the job responsibilities of those positions as needed.
Required Skills:
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Previous experience in an ASC setting preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
- Must have knowledge of medical terminology.
