Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update customer and client data into internal systems
Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email
Maintain thorough documentation of all interactions
Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness
Assist with processing orders, forms, and applications
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data consistency and customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus
Previous experience in data entry or customer service preferred
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data processing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry systems
