You will have the following

responsibilities

• Supporting business and marketing decisions with data-driven solutions, such as developing predictive models, analytical insights, and generative AI tools, so the company can respond more effectively to market challenges.
• Participating in generative AI projects, including working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI, to deliver innovative solutions.
• Gathering requirements and creating specifications to ensure every project is precisely aligned with business goals, making our work more impactful.
• Applying data science techniques in areas like marketing, product development, customer behavior, and business processes, helping the team make the best decisions.
• Summarizing and presenting analytical results in various formats, making findings clear and useful for everyone.
• Managing code, documentation, and data assets according to agreed standards, ensuring transparency and traceability in all processes.
• Coordinating projects and objectives, tracking progress, managing deadlines, and ensuring high-quality models, so our solutions are reliable and scalable.

You are the ideal candidate for our team if you have / are:

• A BSc or MSc degree in IT, Economics, Technology, Natural or Social Sciences.
• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience, either in academia or industry.
• Intermediate knowledge of statistics, data mining, and data analysis, and the ability to deliver modeling projects independently or with supervision.
• Confident use of Python, scikit-learn, pandas, and NLP libraries (such as spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers), as well as SQL and handling structured/unstructured data.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker, CI/CD), and basic understanding of Git and version control.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, able to translate technical outcomes into business value and interpret model results in a business context.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex technical results clearly in both English and Hungarian, and actively participate in knowledge sharing and teamwork.
