Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into visual analytics.
- Optimize data models and Power BI performance for scalability and usability.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all visualizations.
- Provide training and documentation to help stakeholders effectively use Power BI reports.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and new features within Power BI and data analytics tools.
- Ability to efficiently gather, check, clean, and analyze data using tools such as Excel, R, API
- Familiarity with real estate and economic data sources
- Familiarity with metrics used to evaluate multifamily property and/or market performance such as occupancy/vacancy levels, average days to lease, resident turnover, and rent rolls
- Curiosity regarding financial aspects of real estate markets
- Strong communication skills, especially writing
- Dependable, professional, and personable
