Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative duties including managing emails, phone calls, and parent communication
- Help manage documentation, attendance records, and daily reports
- Support food program tasks , PreK documents
- Prepare and maintain documents and files in an organized manner
- Assist with classroom support as needed (e.g., transitions, short breaks, simple activities)
- Step into classrooms to assist or cover temporarily when teachers call out or during short staffing
- Help coordinate staff schedules and daily operations
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and computer skills (Word, Excel, email, basic data entry)
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Friendly, professional communication with families and staff
- Previous experience in a daycare or school setting preferred
- Willingness to support in classrooms as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood or admin coursework is a plus

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
