The candidate for this position will be responsible for the execution of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various building automation systems utilizing strategies with logic block and line programming. Candidate will troubleshoot and repair building automation systems that exist in commercial and industrial facilities. Candidate will be responsible for documentation of tasks and deficiency reporting. Factory training available for Niagara, Distech, and Siemens Controls.

Essential Job Functions:

· Execution of DDC control systems preventative maintenance tasks

· Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and operational checks of DDC systems

· System programming and graphics troubleshooting

· Final documentation for preventative maintenance or service repairs

· Daily interaction with customers with a goal of great customer service

· Reports to: Controls Service Manager
