Job Summary:
In this role, you’ll manage and execute contractual updates and dealer-related projects in support of a nationwide dealer network. This position is ideal for someone with strong project coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and a talent for navigating complex documentation and compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dealer-related contractual change projects from intake through completion.
- Interpret and apply franchise statutes and internal policies to contractual updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams, legal partners, and external stakeholders to collect and verify documentation.
- Draft and prepare professional correspondence, contracts, and program enrollment forms.
- Input, update, and maintain dealer information across multiple systems.
- Conduct basic financial analysis to support dealer candidate assessments.
- Maintain digital records and ensure file compliance with retention standards.
- Monitor and respond to incoming change requests using internal tracking systems.
- Assist stakeholders in navigating electronic document workflows.
- Provide quality control checks and status updates on all active change requests.
- Support ad hoc project needs and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of project coordination, contract administration, or compliance experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
