Position Overview
We’re hiring a high-energy Sales Representative who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and driving results. If you're a go-getter with a strong work ethic, a passion for customer success, and you’re comfortable with some regional travel, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Prospect, onboard, and support new and existing dealer accounts
- Develop deep product knowledge to match customers with the right solutions
- Follow up on leads, provide quotes, and close high-value deals
- Maintain and manage pipeline activity in CRM
- Partner with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Travel occasionally to visit dealers or represent Kandi at events/tradeshows
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience (B2B, inside sales, or dealership sales preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new products, systems, and processes fast
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented — you thrive on beating targets
- Organized, detail-focused, and tech-comfortable (CRM experience a plus)
- Ability to travel regionally as needed (valid driver’s license required)
- Bonus: Experience in powersports, EVs, or consumer goods industries
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $22/hour
- Commission: 1% of net revenue on personal sales
- Estimated Total Compensation: $45,000–$80,000/year (base + commission)
