Job Overview
The Dean of Student Culture & Climate plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment within the school. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing student discipline, student incentives, student behavioral interventions, and overall student sucess. The Dean of Student Culture & Climate will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and administration to enhance the overall student experience and support the academic mission of the institution.
Duties
- Develop and implement strategic strategies to ensure all K-8 students are successful
- Serve as the Leader of K-8 PBIS program
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to plan and execute a K-8 SEL Program
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to plan and execute student incentives
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to create, implement, and monitor both Tier 2 & Tier 3 Behavior Intervention Plan
- Serve as the School's Transportation Department Leader
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Education Administration or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
- Experience in strategic planning
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
