TPR Deck Pros is seeking an experienced Deck Builder to join our team! If you have a passion for craftsmanship and building beautiful outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with work primarily taking place at various job sites. You'll be responsible for constructing high-quality decks from start to finish, ensuring excellent results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Constructing and repairing decks according to plans and specifications.
- Measuring, cutting, and installing framing and decking materials.
- Ensuring structural integrity and safety standards are met.
- Working efficiently and collaboratively with other team members.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Deck Builder or in a similar carpentry role.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools common to deck construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation to job sites (daily travel required).
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
