As a candidate for the Deli department, an individual would need to:
- Work under the direction of the Deli department manager
- Ensure prompt service and a high level of customer service
- Weigh, label & package customer orders
- Properly handle stock & organize displays
- Clean work areas and properly use tools & equipment
- Work together with the deli team to properly rotate product and minimize waste
