Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Ceramist to join our dynamic dental laboratory team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental anatomy and be proficient in utilizing CAD systems for the design and fabrication of dental prosthetics. As a Dental Ceramist, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality dental restorations that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and fabricate dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges using CAD technology.
- Collaborate with dentists to understand patient needs and specifications for restorations.
- Conduct thorough assessments of dental impressions and models to ensure accurate fit and function.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques to evaluate the condition of patients' teeth and gums.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, materials used, and patient information in accordance with medical documentation standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental materials, techniques, and technologies to enhance production quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Dental Ceramist or in a similar role within a dental laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, medical terminology, and systems related to dentistry.
- Familiarity with patient assessment techniques and the ability to interpret medical documentation effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
