We are actively seeking a Dental Clinical Team Leader to join our expanding dental practice! In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for supporting the Practice Manager and Staff in daily operations and assisting our dental providers in delivering high-quality clinical care. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth office functionality and outstanding patient experiences.
About the Role:
As the Dental Clinical Team Leader, you’ll oversee clinical staff and daily operations, promote a team-oriented environment, and help uphold our mission of providing compassionate and excellent dental care in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care to every patient.
- Regularly assist dentists with clinical/orthodontics procedures.
- Support the Practice Manager and Staff in improving office efficiency through team collaboration, effective scheduling, and optimal staff utilization.
- Oversee patient flow to ensure timely appointments and the availability of Same Day Care.
- Training of new dental assistants with general and orthodontic procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all government regulations and company standards.
- Guide parents and guardians through treatment plans, oral hygiene education, and post-treatment instructions.
- Ensure operational readiness and cleanliness of the clinical area.
- Serve as the point of contact for dental supply vendors and service technicians.
- Maintain responsibility for managing clinical supply inventory by monitoring usage, placing timely orders, and ensuring alignment with office budget guidelines to optimize operational efficiency and cost control.
- Uphold clinical team accountability through adherence to compliance programs and ethical standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
