We are a friendly dental practice looking for a Dental Office Financial Coordinator who knows their way around a dental schedule, can sort out an EOB like it’s second nature, and greet patients with the kindness that makes them feel right at home. If you have have strong dental office experience., are organized, easy to talk to, and know dental insurance like the back of your hand — we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Up To:
- Scheduling appointments (and kindly preventing that crown at 8 a.m. from becoming a surprise)
- Welcoming patients with genuine smiles and helpful answers
- Submitting and managing dental insurance claims
- Submitting pre treatment authorization
- Presenting treatment plans from a financial standpoint
- Collecting payments and posting them accurately — no mystery math involved
- Verifying benefits like a detective with a knack for detail
- Maintaining patient accounts and managing collections with respect and care
- Talking finances with patients in a way that's clear, calm, and confident
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with dental insurance billing and claims
- Working knowledge of CDT codes, EOBs, and coverage verification
- Skill with dental practice software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental — we love them all)
- Strong communication skills and a natural way with people
- Organized, dependable, and able to juggle tasks without losing your cool

Pay: $34,320.00 - $43,680.00 per year
