Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and patient scheduling.
- Present treatment plans and financing options with confidence.
- Guide patients through their smile design journey with professionalism and care.
- Manage billing, collections, and insurance verification.
- Lead and support staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental office management or treatment coordination experience (cosmetic dentistry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of smile design and veneer procedures.
- Excellent communication and case presentation skills.
- Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental).
- Organized, professional, and patient-focused.
