Scheduling Assistant – $18/hour (Full-Time)
Next Dental is a fast-growing dental group serving South Florida, with recent expansion into Broward County. We are looking for a full-time Scheduling Assistant to join our team in our Broward office. This is a starter role with the opportunity to grow into other positions and build a stable, long-term career in dentistry.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Confirm appointments, manage cancellations, and reschedules
- Communicate with patients regarding insurance, paperwork, and reminders
- Coordinate scheduling across multiple office locations
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent in Creole (required)
- Full-time availability
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous dental/medical office experience preferred but not required
