As our Treatment Plan Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between clinical excellence and financial clarity, helping patients understand their treatment options while navigating insurance and financing with confidence. Your day-to-day will include:
- Presenting treatment plans with clarity and confidence, helping patients make informed decisions about their oral health
- Verifying dental insurance benefits and processing claims with meticulous attention to detail
- Guiding patients through financing options, making quality care accessible and affordable
- Maintaining comprehensive patient records and following up on pending treatments
- Collaborating seamlessly with our dentist and clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service
We're Looking For Someone Who
Brings the Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in treatment presentation, insurance verification & billing, and dental financing
- Familiarity with dental software (Curve Dental preferred, but we're happy to train the right candidate)
