About this Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Analytics Specialist to join our Real Estate team in Ahmedabad, India. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate financial reconciliations and analytical reports, supporting strategic decision-making for senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, foundational accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of German is an added advantage.
What you’ll do
- Extract and analyse reports from REFX and FI modules.
- Perform end-to-end tagging and site-wise mapping of general ledger line items.
- Conduct detailed reconciliations between payables and receivables on a site-wise basis.
- Prepare and present reconciliation summaries and backups to senior leadership.
- Address queries and provide clear explanations to leadership and clients.
- Ensure robust process controls are maintained and monitored.
- Apply lease accounting principles and procedures effectively.
- Meet key performance indicators including accuracy, quality, and timeliness of deliverabl
Who you are
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills; German language knowledge is preferable.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities.
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Highly attentive to detail with an analytical approach to tasks.
